Driven by a servo motor and controlled digitally, the machine operates stably with high printing accuracy.Driven by a high-torque servo motor (with positioning repeat accuracy ≤0.02mm) and controlled via a PLC digital system, it works in synergy with the machine’s existing visual alignment system to minimize mechanical runout, ensuring stable operation even during long-duration (≥8 hours) continuous production and maintaining high printing accuracy for fine details like 0.1mm-wide logos or micro-text on small-diameter, thin-walled containers.
Equipped with both a fixed touch screen and a mobile wireless tablet control system, it supports remote services which not only allows on-site intuitive operation but also supports remote services such as real-time fault diagnosis, parameter optimization, and online technical guidance—reducing on-site maintenance response time to ≤2 hours.
The machine adopts electrical components from well-known brands, ensuring reliable performance including Siemens servo drives, Schneider circuit breakers, and Omron photoelectric sensors; these components feature a wide operating temperature range (-10℃~50℃) and a service life of ≥8,000 hours, paired with strict pre-installation testing (100% performance verification) to ensure reliable overall performance, with an annual failure rate controlled at ≤0.2%.
